The staff at Echelon Place has taken wonderful care of my dad. They are kind, compassionate, and always treat him with respect. Knowing he’s in such good hands gives our family peace of mind. Thank you for everything you do!

Would not want to be anywhere else in the Metroplex. Caring, compassionate, individualized care catering to the senior’s desires and wishes. Very attentive. Great interaction with family members to communicate senior’s needs and changes in status. Clean, cheery. Oversight without invading senior’s privacy and boundaries. Best kept secret!!!

Resident Isolated in room when not in quarantine situations. Relegated to sitting at table alone to eat meals when not eating in room alone. Never taken out of house to sit in Court yard resulting in literal In House Bond though physically able to be taken to sit outside of the house for brief periods of time during day. Not enough Staff to care for all residents’, personal needs and general community needs in a manner to provide activities for residents.
