Highlands Village Senior Living at Mansfield

My parents moved to Highlands Village Senior Living. They got the second to the smallest room, and it's very roomy. The ceilings are high, so it makes it feel bigger. We're able to get both of their queen-size beds in there with the little loveseat. So far, their services seem great. They've only been there since Tuesday, so there's a little bit of adjustment and growing pains type of thing, but they've been very kind and tried to go out of their way to help however they can. They have bingo, card games, puzzles, and exercise. They have prayer services, church services, a movie theater for watching movies, and more. The dining area is top-notch. It is beautiful, and they have assigned seats. So, they're familiar with where they're going to eat every day, and then they get to select their own menu for the next day. So far, the food's been good.

They have weekly Christian services at the facility. They make it a point to get the residents out of their rooms and into a social setting. They are attentive to the residents needs. I appreciate them very much. They have different size rooms. The one we choose is a good size for her needs. It is the middle size of the ones available, plenty of room for her things and a walker.

My mom moved here after leaving another community that we weren't to happy with. She was very nervous in the beginning, but she is very thrilled to be living here, The staff is super friendly and eager to help. She never participated in activities at her pervious facility, so we were super excited to find out that she is getting herself involved in volleyball, crafts and bingo!

My friend lives here and is so happy. She has made so many new friends and staff treats her like family. She calls it "home" already and doesn't really like to be gone too long. When we take her out. This place is such a huge blessing!!

My very dear friend lives here. She lived at a few other places and was never happy anywhere. The family moved her to Highlands Village and she swears she will never live anywhere else. She enjoys all of her friends and stays busy. She is trying to convince me and several others to move in as well!! She also loves the food and brags about it constantly. Great job Highlands Village.
