Unacceptable!!!!! The air went out!!!!!!! It’s July in Texas!!!!!!! My mom was without air for 2 days!!!! The person in charge probably didn’t want to pay weekend rates!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!
We brought our mom to tour and the entire staff was so welcoming and answered every question. Knowing the delicate situation of our mom selling her home of over 40 years and downsizing to an apt, they were empathetic and willing to go above and beyond. Mecca is an absolute gem, she listened intently and ensured our mom was so comfortable. She is an asset to Watercrest. As we walked around she knew all the residents, and spoke softly to each and everyone of them. I came there to see a patient and was greeted by a person who obviously was in a bad mood or don't like her job. If you are a receptionist at any facility or business you should be pleasant and HELPFUL to anybody that walk into the building or you should NOT be at the front desk. Getting checked in was a hard task that day, very unpleasant. For NO reason.
My wife and I toured Watercrest in May 2025 and loved it! Mecca Brevard did a great job of showing the property and answering all of our questions. Once we decided to proceed with renting an apartment, Mecca guided us through the process. We eventually moved into the apartment of our choice in September 2025 and have been very pleased with our decision. The setting is peaceful, we have made new friends, and the food and service is consistently excellent We would make the same choice all over again!
Run far far away this place is wrapped up in a pretty package when you open it is a terd that's about all . Don't put your loved ones in the memory care center.
Water aerobics. Zumba, Happy hour with soda, tea, corn dogs, ending with "Proud To Be An American " sung by all while our flag is carried throughout the room.
This has been a great fit with my mom. The food and facilities quality are great. The staff is very friendly. There is a lot of options for activities.
