Resident & family reviews

Feels like dealing with family instead of professionals. Place is clean and smells fresh They are courteous and friendly. Answers your questions and any concerns we might have. This is the third time we’ve used them. They were referred to us by someone else. So anytime I have a chance to refer them to someone I will.

The cna Tracie was nice and caring but...... There is this one negative thing though. No staff/nurses attending our loved one took the proper precautions before dressing or discharging the patient to remove the picc line needle in her right arm. Finally the next day a nurse did come out and remove it. Thank God. The overall care was great. The facility was kept clean and staff was very nice. We realize that oversights can happen. Hopefully, this doesn't happen to anyone else. Everything turned out OK at the end of the next day

This is my father-in-law’s second stay. We are happy with the facility. Everyone is really very nice and helpful. The nurses are not as available as I’d like, but they are assigned so many patients. The helpfulness of the rest of the staff makes up for it.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the substandard care provided to some residents. During our visit to the dining room, we witnessed a disturbing scene where a resident was unable to eat without assistance, while the CNA providing support was eating the resident's meal. This behavior is unacceptable and demonstrates a clear lack of empathy and care. I request that you take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that residents receive the care and support they deserve.

The facility is beautiful and clean. Some of the staff is not very patient with the older people in the facility. The lady that gives the patients their medications is rude and not patient.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS PLACE!!!! There are only 2 people at night taking care of that whole building!! A nurse and a tech. And the tech does not want to do anything!!! Horrible. As far as getting your daily meds, it’s a toss as to when you get them or not get them at all. Day nurse is not ever around. My loved one was not getting the care he should have received. They never changed the bed sheets while he was there. PT is a joke there! You get maybe 15 minutes total. Also they only have a stationary bike. Nothing else is used. They will not walk you back to your room. If you have a loved one with dementia there, please check on them day and night. There is only 1 day tech that is worth mentioning, her name is Tracy. She probably has to many patients to care for but she great! I would give them no stars. They are not worthy of a 1 star!!!!!

Parent ended up in worst shape than when they went in. Not cared for properly and now rewind worse shape than when arrived. Developed bedsore, serious urinary infection that is still untreated, and now we’re trying to get new home care facility the results so it can be treated, and is now unable to walk or stand on their own. The initial introduction to their service is grand. All in charge are so nice on explaining what they offer, but once in, those services and care deteriorate fast and getting calls returned is scarce. Some of the staff were helpful and attentive to our requests and family members needs and we appreciated it but overall, the care is very, very subpar at best. Got family out but damage is done and not sure there will be recovery. Photos: Mattress dirty and very slippery (fell off bed), and reeks of urine even after saturating with cans of Lysol we brought, not sure of what that is on the blanket (we pulled off bed) and yes those are drinking straws on top of the biohazard container. 🥴😡😳

I recently visited this facility with my aunt, and unfortunately, I observed that the CNAs and nurses displayed a lack of professionalism. They did not greet us, and their behavior was off-putting, with some staff members appearing overtly hostile. A CNA named Sandra, a tall black lady, seemed particularly displeased. It seemed that the staff were unhappy with their roles and dissatisfied with providing care to our loved ones. Furthermore, the hallway had a strong, unpleasant smell, and I observed CNAs and nurses engaging in gossip, which contributed to an overall atmosphere of discontent.dont bring you love ones here they need better people to care for the people we love
