3.4 · 8 reviewsWe placed our Mother here for rehab and were in residence for about a month after a fall. Upon leaving, she was able to go back to assisted living with combination wheelchair and walker. Mom would give it a 5 star, though she said a little slow on responding to call light. We were also very hands on/present. The physical therapy staff was amazing. The aides were great. Most of the nurses were great as well. Fitting/Adjusting into their routines in facility took a little time. Having a CGM for diabetes management caused some worries as well.
I recently had a short stay at Fredericksburg Nursing and Rehabilitation for rehabilitation from a broken femur. It was a really nice experience. The staff is amazing. Everyone was so kind and more than willing to help with the smallest of my needs. The facility was clean and comfortable. The food was great. I have to say I was surprised, but pleasantly. The care they gave was truly caring, very personal and professional. The patients whether long or short term were genuinely happy and also well taken care of. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing care and support for a long stay…

I recently had a short stay at Fredericksburg Nursing and Rehabilitation for rehabilitation from a broken femur. It was a really nice experience. The staff is amazing. Everyone was so kind and more than willing to help with the smallest of my needs. The facility was clean and comfortable. The food was great. I have to say I was surprised, but pleasantly. The care they gave was truly caring, very personal and professional. The patients whether long or short term were genuinely happy and also well taken care of. My family recently placed me in this facility based on earlier reviews. It was a nightmare. They were grossly understaffed and unresponsive to my call bell when I needed to go to the bathroom. The room was utterly bleak. There were no tissues and no water bottles or pitcher. They were supposed to be ready with my pain medication upon my arrival from the hospital but they did not. The two lone staff members I actually did encounter had clearly not read my chart and were unaware of the acuity of my health situation. I cried all night and texted my husband at 4:00 in the morning to come get me and he was there by 5:00 AM. We fled as rapidly as we could. What a horrible place. I don't know how they stay open.
This facility is amazing. The staff really care and they are very involved with their patients. The facility is well maintained and very clean. We have my mom here and I can’t imagine having her any other place, she is very taken care of.
The review before me is from the DON named SKY for short. She is very unprofessional, arrogant and very confrontational. The place is understaffed and the residents do not receive the care they need even after letting the management know. Please reconsider placing your loved one here. Resident have to plead repeatedly to get a bath done.
this facility is amazing! Never been to a facility that smells so clean. The residence look nice and happy! Activities happen everyday. The food looks so good I tried it myself an it was delicious. This is the place you need to bring your loved ones. Trust me
