I can’t find her other house on 16115 cypress rosehill road cypress. But my poor mum spent a week there and she fell off the bed when Jackie said there was an alarm that would sound if she came off the bed which was a lie. My mum spend 20 minutes on the floor, and it was only 916pm. It took 4 phone calls to get anyone to answer. She was the only resident. Her staff lie saying they checked on my mum during the night, well the camera doesn’t lie. When I asked her staff qualifications, she didn’t like it since they had none. This is an expensive babysitting more than anything. Even my mums nurse that came to visit thought the place was sketchy. Not to mention a strange man chasing a dog that was upstairs where the staff slept. That was not a safe place for my mum. Jackie is not people friendly maybe to get your business at first. She was not able to Provide references when my brother asked. So if you are thinking of placing your loved ones in Jackie’s care, make sure you ask questions. So the price is overpriced for babysitting.
