3.9 · 18 reviewsWe moved my Dad in yesterday. This has been such a smooth, easy experience so far. Everyone graciously introduces themself with a smile and a handshake. They have made my dad feel welcome and comfortable. He has enjoyed the food and met a couple friends already. We're very happy with the decision to come here.
The care team there is very friendly and gives great effort to provide the best care to your loved one. It has given me peace of mind to know my mom is being cared for.
I can't say enough good things about Heritage Park! My mother-in-law was there a few years ago, before she passed. They were great and took exceptional care of her. When she broke her hip and had to be at another facility for a short period of time, I realized just how lucky we were! Now my mother is living there. When the Doctor said she couldn't live by herself anymore this was the first place I called. Once again, the staff is wonderful! Some of the same employees (Connie & Maria) are still there from when my MIL was a resident. They keep me informed about what is going on with her or if…

I can't say enough good things about Heritage Park! My mother-in-law was there a few years ago, before she passed. They were great and took exceptional care of her. When she broke her hip and had to be at another facility for a short period of time, I realized just how lucky we were! Now my mother is living there. When the Doctor said she couldn't live by herself anymore this was the first place I called. Once again, the staff is wonderful! Some of the same employees (Connie & Maria) are still there from when my MIL was a resident. They keep me informed about what is going on with her or if she is having any issues they call me. Dementia is hard, but knowing she is well cared for helps a lot. Mary H

The tour at Heritage Park Village was very nice and well put together. The people there were very friendly. The facility was clean and well-arranged, so it was convenient for the folks living there. The staff was very friendly and informative. She had been the facility director for several years and had just recently moved to a different position. She was filling in for the director at the time. They were having church when I got there. They told me about the other things that they did, and the residents could pick to participate or not. The room they showed me was nice. It was a studio apartment. It had a separate area for the bedroom, a living area, and a dining area. It also had a bath with a large walk-in shower. It's not a new facility, but it was still very pleasant.
The staff have been great. They have exceeded expectations taking care of my father and my mom. They do a great job keeping me informed.
The facility is really nice, the people are really friendly, nice and really seem to care. From what what we have seen of the community it is clean, and they serve good meals. The value is fair not to out of the way.
This place is terrible. They do not take care of their residents at all. They aren't assisted with bathing, they have residents walking out in the middle of the night and no one notices. The state really needs to investigate this place.
It's okay place food sucks people are unhappy staff act like zombies poor maintenance
