4.3 · 3 reviewsIn 2019 my daughters and I reviewed several memory care facilities in the Tomball area, both online and in person. It was an easy decision for us to choose Inwood Crossing, both staff wise and cost wise. My wife was admitted into Inwood Crossing in June of 2019. Changes have been made related to security, etc and I definitely think they are for the best.
During the week our loved one was there, they were very nice and what we were able to see of the community it was very clean. They were extremely good to our loved one, at times he was a pistol but they took good care of him. They were very helpful and the first day he got there he loved the food. Due to his health he wasn't able to participate in the activities but we do know the offered them, and the value was pretty reasonable.
They only have part-time nursing, 9-5 5 days a week. They said that they could handle anything but they have not been able to handle the issues. I would not recommend this community to others.
