My family had an excellent experience with the skilled nursing team at Kirkwood Manor in New Braunfels while my dad was there. The weekday, night, and weekend nurses were all compassionate, caring, very attentive, and genuinely invested in his well-being. Every staff member we encountered was highly knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout his stay, which gave our family great peace of mind. The service and the experience of Kirkwood was amazing that that was friendly generous, and we’re always asking if we needed any help. I would highly recommend Kirkwood to be a play for them to take care of your loved ones.

Nice facility they are doing a good job with my grandma

I go to visit Mrs Holland when I can but today was so nice to see her awake and up.

Visiting my aunt. The facility was kept clean. They warn you if there's an illness within the building & provided masks & sanitizer everywhere. Thank you for a pleasant visit.

Ashleigh, Kirkwood Manor’s Transportation Expert helped my Dad, Donald get to the VA clinic in New Braunfels, Tx this morning. Ashleigh has helped us get to previous appointments also! She is a wonderful, personable and caring person! Our family is very grateful and thankful for Ashleigh being there for us and our father! Thank you Ashleigh!
