4.5 · 115 reviewsLast week, at Walmart ,the Rio Terra bus driver didn't get out of his seat to help the elderly citizens down the steps, at least the last step, a helping hand for some.
Everyone is always friendly. Areas are clean. Residents appear happy and satisfied.
I recently had the pleasure of touring with Jo Anne at Rio Terra, where she excelled in delivering a superb experience to my client. Thank you, JoAnne!

My mother has generally enjoyed her time at this assisted living community, but recently we’ve encountered some concerning issues with ants in her room. A few days ago, she set a cookie down, went to the restroom, and when she came back, she picked it up without noticing that fire ants had gotten on it. She was bitten on her hands before she realized what was happening. Then this morning, she reached for the glass of water she keeps next to her bed and found it full of ants as well (not fire ants this time, but still disturbing). I understand that pests can be a challenge in any facility, but I’m hoping these incidents will be taken seriously and addressed promptly to ensure her safety and peace of mind. We appreciate the staff and want to make sure her living environment stays clean and comfortable.
