I work in home health and have been in and out of here seeing patients for a few years now. It has its warts like all of these places, but overall it’s a great place for someone who needs supervision/help with daily living due to memory issues. The cook Shawn is so nice and boy, is he good at his job! He let me taste some chicken once and I had to go get lunch afterward (it wasn’t as good as what he’d made!). The new executive director Savanna is very attentive to resident care as is the friendly activity director (forgot her name, oops) and the med tech Carol can’t be beat. She truly knows…

The new executive director Savanna is very attentive to resident care as is the friendly activity director (forgot her name, oops) and the med tech Carol can’t be beat. She truly knows and cares for each resident- I’ve coordinated with her successfully to get the best care for more than one patient of mine; she is always paying attention to what’s normal for someone and on the alert for changes. They have a cute walled backyard with walking path and gazebo and let a resident’s son put in a little garden which was very nice to see. Just thought I’d share my thoughts from a third party perspective.

I have been coming here for 2 1/2 years and I love the beauty of this place both physically and in the hearts of the staff. From administration, nurses, medtechs, caregivers, chefs, and custodial. Each one brings a warmth and attention to detail that makes me feel good about the care for those I love who reside there.

If my mom had full memory functionality, she would have loved choosing this place for herself. After extensive review, we are incredibly grateful to have found Pam and Magnolia in Flower Mound. Safety, security, cleanliness, and personal attention were our top priorities. Director Pamela Ervin went above and beyond, helping us every step of the way and continues to help us navigate challenges as mom changes phases in her journey dealing with dementia. Safety, security, cleanliness, and personal attention were our top priorities. Director Pamela Ervin went above and beyond, helping us every step of the way and continues to help us navigate challenges as mom changes phases in her journey dealing with dementia. We appreciate the home-like feeling, perfect size facility, no unpleasant odors, the Chefs always working so hard to meet mom's specific needs, and the looping corridor around the inner courtyard allow mom independence in safety. The entire staff share their smiles, friendships, and care to help mom find comfort and joy every day to the best of her current ability. Mom has been a resident for over 17 months now and continues to improve in areas that were exceptionally difficult dealing with at home. Thank you for your kindness and compassion.

This community is guided by leaders who genuinely listen, understand, and advocate for their residents. Their heartfelt commitment creates a place where seniors feel seen, heard, and truly at home. What a wonderful community they have here!

The leadership here goes beyond management!!! They build meaningful relationships with residents. Their dedication shows in the everyday moments of kindness, respect, and personalized care. Beautiful property too!

The care and attention at this assisted living home truly brings peace of mind. The staff is compassionate, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make residents feel comfortable and valued. The environment is clean, welcoming, and feels like a real community. We’re so grateful to the staff for always showing such great love.

I visited the community recently and had the pleasure of touring with Pam (the community Executive Director), she did a great job of answering all of my questions was patient as I had many of them and truly seemed interested in how she could best serve me and my families specific needs. I was also really impressed as we walked the community that each and every resident knew Pam and you could tell that she has real and genuine relationships not only the folks that live there but also those that work at the community. The residents all seemed to be well cared for, happy and engaged. We are still doing our research but this community is one we will definitely revisit when the time comes.

I am a long distance beloved friend for 73 years of a resident. Unfortunately I am states away and unable to visit her and the facility or evaluate alot of the proposed areas except staff. The lack of phone interaction has me very concerned. When I call to talk to my friend, I usually get a voice mail saying they will either call me back or my friends voice mail is full. She doesn’t have a phone and rarely do I get a phone call. Last night when I finally got thru the person answering the phone said she had been on duty since 6am and was the director and hadn’t received any complaints. It was now 9 pm and maybe she hadn’t receive any complaints from visitors but not the case with family and friends not trying to reach their loves ones. I find it very discerning and unsafe for there not be a person on call to that phone calls 24/7. Sounds like all they care about is the dollar and not the welfare of their clients. And to have only one staff person for all the residents as I was led to believe!!!!
