3.3 · 110 reviewsI arrived at the facility after 6pm and entered my room where it was fully staffed and petted me know what were the expectations. The experience from July 22- August 14 is nothing short of amazing. From the administrative staff, nurses, doctors, therapy and including the patients all made me feel welcomed. Mansfield media lodge is definitely the place to get well in any area of your life. These are words from my heart to yours.
Better than expected. It is clean, does not have any typical smells and it is well maintained. The food is acceptable. Therapy was good.
My mother in law was there after being admitted into the hospital for a stroke! I cannot say enough about the people that work there! They have a difficult job but you feel like your loved ones are cared for! I recommend this facility for any loved one!

Horrible experience twice with this facility! Staff: I honestly hope someday you or your loved one finds yourself treated so poorly! How you look in the mirror and live with yourself is beyond me! My mission is to warn everyone possible to never be admitted to this sorry excuse of a Nursing Facility! Grievances, Complaint's and anything else in my power will be filed! No family should go through this kind of treatment!
The facility was very clean and no smells. The staff were very kind and helpful. The food is pretty good. One of my down falls is that call lights take a little longer than I would like but overall a great experience. They definitely listen to your concerns and help you. Great team work. 100% recommended.
There are so many things to be said regarding Mansfield medical Lodge. First foremost, the staff. They are attentive and meet the concerns of both patient and family. My mother says her nurse make sure she has her medicine as well as popping in and checking in on her. Mom says the food is amazing, hats off to the cooks and the staff who ensure everyone gets their meals while they’re still hot. Physical therapist are very knowledgeable and do everything they can to provide high quality patient care and advocacy as well as encouragement. The activities coordinator brings bubbly, joy, fun social events to advocate for community connection. The staff as well as the patient are highly regarded. I would give them an 11 out of a 10.
Horribly understaffed. Personnel care more about procedure than the patients. The “call button” is useless. You have to go to the front desk to get someone’s attention. Then you get the response “it’s not my job, I’ll request so and so to do it.” Well the request is never made, or ignored. Stay away from this place.
I highly recommend Mansfield Medical Lodge. The team is incredibly empathetic and always willing to assist and answer questions with genuine care. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and has a warm, home-like atmosphere that makes residents and visitors feel comfortable. A special thank you to Abigail and Brigette, who went above and beyond with their kindness and compassion. The staff truly make a positive difference in the experience here.
