Very professional, caring and attentive staff. Our loved one feels at home here.

Im very pleased with the care my mom is getting. The staff is kind, caring and very nice.

I give 5 stars for the staff is extremely attentive and provide amazing care to my aunt and other residents from what I have seen.. The level of cleanliness makes me happy when I come for visits . I would encourage the owners to invest in This building as it’s old and could use a remodel in a few areas . The residents need and deserve that as this is their home.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The rooms are outrageous they don’t bother to clean the rooms or make it look decent. Everything looks worn out and disinfected!

I have been a nurse for over 30 years and this is by far, the best facility I have ever had the pleasure of working in! The teamwork and caring atmosphere is unmatched. Our Administrator Kissy, is dedicated to ensuring our residents receive the best care and service possible!!

The main phone is never answered. The residents possessions are being stolen. Corporate office need to really look into this situation, this is bad.

Worst place, smells horrible and roaches every where, horrible care, if you love your family member. Please don't put them here!!!

Mansfield nursing home is not a good place to work or bring your family member the place is old and plus there’s lots of roaches and gnats they don’t shower the residents the hallways smell like piss oh I almost forgot Mansfield nursing home is the favorite place for the STATE they always show up for a lot of complaints
