Mercy Home at Plano Assisted Living has been an absolute blessing for our family. My mother has been living there for the past 18 months, and the care, compassion, and respect she receives every day give us complete peace of mind. The environment truly feels like a home, not a facility. The staff treats residents like family, taking the time to understand their individual needs and personalities. The level of attentiveness and genuine kindness is something you don’t find everywhere. A very special shout-out to Titi, the owner, whose heart and dedication are evident in every aspect of Mercy Home. Her commitment to excellence and resident well-being sets the tone for the entire place. I also want to recognize Tino, my mom’s caregiver, who goes above and beyond with patience, warmth, and professionalism. Knowing my mom is cared for by someone who truly cares about her means the world to us. I am deeply grateful to Mercy Home at Plano Assisted Living and highly recommend it to any family looking for a safe, loving, and supportive place for their loved one.

Mercy Home has been a godsend. The home is always very clean, the food is better than other places I toured and asked about, and the staff works incredibly hard. Diligent and compassionate. Communication is excellent. Phones are answered, call are returned, they keep us informed, and treat you with empathy. Titi runs Mercy Home amazingly well. She has a background in memory care, and it shows in the support she gives. Finding Mercy Home has been a huge load off my mind knowing my dad is safe and cared for. Finding a place with this high of a quality of care is a rare thing. At this price point, it's even rarer. Highly recommend!
