This community is fantastic! The staff is first class, and the building is always smelling great and looking so clean! My in-laws have been there for years, and we wouldn't trade it for anywhere else. We love and appreciate the new owners as they are so kind. Not only to us, but all of the families and residents. The place has everything you would want and need for your loved ones.... 5 stars!!

I fully do not understand how this is a five star rated facility unless fake or paid reviews. The only positive is the main areas are kept clean. The director is terrible and the staff is a joke. Staff have relations at night in empty rooms. Food is extremely poor and sometimes not edible with no other options provided. There are not enough dishes to serve everyone currently and sometimes not enough food for each resident. The cleaning staff "loose" laundry frequently and the rooms are not cleaned properly. They no longer provide transportation and have put up signs letting residents know…

They no longer provide transportation and have put up signs letting residents know they have to figure it out. Many residents have gone 2 months without being able to go to the store asking other resident families for help as the facility policy is they will not offer help in absence of transportation. If a resident falls ill they are taken to their rooms and the door is shut typically not followed up or checked on to ensure they are not in need of help. Please look elsewhere for your loved ones. We left and will continue to fight for the remaining residents and report this to as many as we can including the state in hopes they step in and wake the owners directors and staff up and hold them responsible.

I am so glad we found Oaktree Assisted Living for my parents. Although my mother was only there for a short time before her passing, they took great care of both of my parents. The amount of care from the staff for my father has been outstanding. He has noted how kind and friendly the staff is. A special thanks to Eileen for being a true advocate for her residents. I know my father is in a place where he is safe and cared for.

I love this place! Very clean and i love how beautifully they decorate. Food is great too, so many options to choose from for breakfast 😋

Oak Tree Assisted Living is professional and caring like my own family. My 106 year old auntie is a new resident and she loves all the opportunities and events that have helped her make new friends. . The personalized care of the staff adds a special warmth to the atmosphere. I visit often because it’s conveniently located off Hwy 46.

I looked at Oak Tree Assisted Living. The overall facilities and the upkeep looked okay. It was okay, clean, and nice. The buildings were good. The rooms were okay. I just didn't feel the happiness like when you walk into a place, you go, 'I like this. It's comfortable.' The staff members I met were very upbeat, nice, and helpful. The cleanliness of the facility was excellent. The rooms were okay. The room size was adequate; I didn't feel cramped in. They were on par like everybody else.

Beautiful place. Very roomy. Great and friendly staff! Looked at several places and none seemed to compare with this place. A perk is they include shower services. Alicia has a lot of fun games to participate in. Thank you Oak Tree for making my mom feel 'at home!'

My husband, Phil and I have lived at Oak Tree Assisted Living for two and a half years. Oak Tree has been a blessing, allowing us to live in the privacy of a one-bedroom apartment while having access to a safe environment, prepared meals, activities and the friendship of others. Oak Tree is smaller than some that we looked at but is perfect for us. We feel like the staff and other residents are like our extended family, all helping each other. The staff genuinely cares about our well-being and provides access to any resources we may need.
