This is the best place for my grandma. I was worried about putting her in a nursing home but she absolutely loves it! The staff is so kind to her and very welcoming to me when I go visit her.

Onion Creek has been a great place for my abuelita. The staff is so friendly and nice to her!

What an amazing team and such a charming place! You can easily tell how much the Onion Creek team really cares about their residents. Love the passion!!! Strange name, great place!

My grandmother had received the most excellent care from this place. All the workers are extremely kind and caring, especially Ellie Salvador. 10/10 they love their guests.

Onion Creek Nursing and Rehab is really turning things around. With a new team in place, the energy is completely different—in the best way.
