3.4 · 195 reviewsthere are some very lovely people here such as martha somarrisa who are helping my grandmother get her strength back and feel better and i am forever thankful for that! they made her feel very comfortable and remembered to check up on hurt in this place
Excellent PT/OT/ST therapy staff!
I would give a zero if I could my father was there from April 6th to April 12th fell three times, he was left unattended the entire time. The first time you fell was with a nurse that wasn't following protocol and didn't use a belt to try to lift him and did it by herself the second time was on April 10th he was left unattended by the receptionist desk he fell and cut his face the third time was on April 12th they put him in the dining room by himself to eat breakfast and they were supposed to help him and he got up fell backwards and busted the back of his head and was hospitalized. Martha Somarriba is a very loving, caring, hardworking individual that looks after all the patients.
All employees were helpful and friendly. Very clean. Physical therapy and social activities were always going on.
I want send a special shout out to Ms. Angela (CNA) who took such great care of my Mother and also Mrs. Randa (Front Desk) for communicating with me on my Mother conditions of improvement and also taking to listening. I just to say thank you guys so much!!!
The staff at park manor was good. I would like to especially yhe Martha, activaty group. If I ever have to go back to a nursing care ot will be here.
Excellent care by Martha and Nurse Sharon. They made my stay tolerable. They would check on me and it made feel like I hadn’t been forgotten.
