WARNING DONT GO: my grandmother stayed here and was not treated well being verbally and physically abused this is not a place i recommend
Staff is so friendly and wonderful. The clients are even better. I miss living here with all the great people I had met.

The staff is courteous. There are plenty of activities. When I checked it had the lowest price of any facility in Austin. The sales representative is courteous kind and willing to help out prospective residence with financial planning. The meals tend to be too spicy are too salty but they are good and tasty. The maintenance staff might be over extended. Overall Parson's house is a great place to live for my mother.
There is a good mix of ages and genders. The med techs are really kind and the rooms are little apartments that you can really personalize. My loved one is always complaining about the food
I chose Parsons House Austin for my great aunt. Right now, it's very favorable. It's wonderful, and it's very clean. The people are very kind, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms are really nice and pretty clean. They've had bingo, and that's what she's been doing so far. The dining area is very clean. The food has been very good. It is very expensive.
Parsons house is a great fit for our family. The location is very central. The staff is caring and accomadating. My brother is safe and well taken care of. The food is very good. I can highly recommend the Parsons House.
We are working on the level of care stuff because I find they are not equipped with the correct staff at this time but are working with our family to fix what is not working. Nice, would recommend and open to improvement
