Has to be the nicest place I've been to. Staff is knowledgeable and kind to all residents. Management goes overboard to help traverse the maze called "Medicare." I've not had a similar experience anywhere else around Henderson -- not Kilgore not Tyler. I actually found Pine Lodge to be quite reasonably priced for the amount of care and attention given clients. If you're looking for a family oriented place for your loved one, Pine Lodge fits the bill.

We are so thankful Pine Lodge provides a clean and caring environment for our Aunt. She looks so much better since she moved in 4 months ago. She is thriving on the social interaction and good food! Thank you!
This place paid all employees who made a 5 star review 25 dollar gift cards to do so. Also they retaliate against employees who bring problems to management. They will also give your family other residents medication if they see fit. They will bring anyone through the door to get that 500 dollar bonus they offer when a new resident is admitted. DO NOT WORK or PUT your family here.

I would rate Pine Lodge a 5 on every thing except food. Pricing is also expensive for elderly people. It is expensive for most people of color. I would still recommend Pine Lodge to others looking.
