Resident & family reviews
3.1 · 10 reviewsVery good company has the best staff ever. The best RSM ever. Mr. Showtime.
Great company that really cares! New staff that’s come on work hard to provide the best possible care for the clients and provide a safe and friendly environment!
Friendly and caring staff. Especially the new male nurse.

We recently moved my wife's 36 yr. old handicapped daughter, Samantha, out of one of Premieant's group homes. Their care for and attention to Sam's medical condition has been inadequate to downright negligent, especially since she is now being treated for a cancerous tumor. It's not only their treatment of Sam, but the administration's negligence of their houses. We had to personally buy and install a replacement dishwasher at the previous Premieant home that Sam lived in. It had been broken for many weeks. The clothes drier and now washer have been broken at the house from which we just moved her off and on for weeks. Since four handicapped, some severely, women live at each home (with 7x24 Staff), the lack of those appliances is significant. I could go on and on about their slow, poor service and distinctly unhelpful to hostile attitude toward our efforts to have them do a better job, but will stop here. Suffice it to say I would highly recommend that anyone needing an HCS (Home Community Services) placement for their handicapped child or ward, NOT choose Premieant.
