The staff is kind and really know their stuff. I enjoy the food too. Their common areas habe more activities than most rehab centers. Very nice place.

What an amazing nursing facility! From Management Team, Nurses, CNA’s therapy, Activities and housekeeping. They are so friendly, very accommodating and very conpassionate. A very positive atmosphere. Facility is clean, residents are happy and always engaged with different fun activities all day long. I will highly recommend Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation for your love ones knowing they will be taken care of by these lovely staff.

Nurses are always kind, helpful, and caring. Every time I visit this facility, they work together as a team to ensure everyone receives the care and support they need. Their teamwork and compassion truly make a positive difference.

Staff is good. PT's are great! Facility in OK shape. No relatives here, but service equip at facilities all over Austin metro. Can't speak to cost, but taking care of the clients/residents is definitely a priority here.

My sister was placed in this facility with the beginnings of dementia. She is a diabetic/hypertensive/ with lower extremity vascular disease. She was admitted to hospital with maggots on her feet. This facility is 150 miles away from me. It is very clean and they treat the residents very well. I am very happy with her care and being able to attend updates re her care and needs by telephone. They inform me of any bruises she gets and any concerns they have. I feel this is a good all around facility to place your loved one who needs 24 hour care. Re: Lora Huckabay.

My uncle has been here for awhile and for almost 2 years he still has no hearing aid despite talking to several people not including his room, bed sheets and clothes always being dirty when we visit Also had so much of his things stolen. Those are the least of my worries now with what has been going on recently. I believe they're killing people here. A few weeks ago they wanted to make my uncle comfortable but we refused and I'm so glad we did because when he went to the hospital he was absolutely fine and has been since. Now today they call my mom twice saying the same thing about making him comfortable. My mom refused and decided to go see him herself. Unfortunately he was shaking and moaning and just not himself so I told her he needed to go to the hospital which they should have done at 2pm when they 1st called. EMS confirmed due to antibiotics given for a uti he had the shakes and his body wasn't responding well to them so that's why he was experiencing that and they also said he had morphine in his body for what reason we still don't know since there was no reason to give him morphine and therefore made him worse. I really don't trust this facility anymore and will be investigating more. His roommate Martin also died around the time they 1st contacted us about making him comfortable and Martin literally was doing better than my uncle so I'm completely shocked he's gone but unfortunately he had no family here so no one was coming to check on him. This is all very concerning how they rather make people comfortable to die instead of actually helping them. Please don't bring your loved ones here and if you have no choice make sure you are checking on their care constantly!

We recently had a family member admit here and have been pleased with the care thus far. I always get an update, and the staff is friendly and helpful!

Staff are very compassions and go above and beyond. Excited for the future of Riverside.
