Everyone was professional, from the front desk reception team to the skilled nursing staff. I would especially like to thank (Jennifer and Luz )for the compassionate and loving care they provide. Their kindness, dedication, and professionalism truly made a difference. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Sage Park Austin to anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility. If you are searching for a great care center in Austin, Texas, this is the best place.
My elderly relative needed to stay somewhere with skilled nursing care for a few days on rather short notice while her normal caretakers were out of town. Sage Park Austin was the only local facility found that could accommodate her brief stay. We are very grateful for the facility's flexibility and thankful to have found it. We toured Sage Park Austin prior to my relative's stay and found it well kept and well managed, offering daily activities, a game room, a lending library, a courtyard, a cafeteria with a rotating menu, and much more. Sage Park Austin was the only local facility found that could accommodate her brief stay. We are very grateful for the facility's flexibility and thankful to have found it. We toured Sage Park Austin prior to my relative's stay and found it well kept and well managed, offering daily activities, a game room, a lending library, a courtyard, a cafeteria with a rotating menu, and much more. A special shout out to the facility's management (especially Kelly) and staff (especially India), who were helpful, friendly, efficient, and kind. My relative was well taken care of and enjoyed her brief stay at Sage Park Austin. Thank you!
I'm so grateful for this place. They keep my father active, great food, and everyone seems very happy working there. The social activity he gets there is literally life saving and elevated his quality of life more than I ever imagined! Shout out to Shelly for everything you do donut lady!

The facility is very clean, and the reception staff were very kind. However, when we arrived at my friend’s grandfather’s room, we were treated inappropriately by a staff member named Esther. She entered the room without knocking. My friend had requested assistance because her grandfather needed to be changed, as he was soiled. Ms. Esther rudely told us, “You can leave the room, it’s very small, please get out.” Her attitude was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unpleasant. This made us feel uncomfortable and concerned about how my friend’s grandfather may be treated when no one is present. My recommendation is that this type of behavior should not be tolerated. Please carefully consider who is caring for your loved ones in this facility.
They have a great caring staff, everyone is friendly and the building is clean.
My mother stayed here before going Hospice and the care here was amazing. She had such a fun time lots of get togethers and social events. Brunches. 10/10. Amazing management. If you have a loved one and you want them to be loved and cared for. I recommend here!
What an amazing community with heart! So many people here have been working here for a long time and their passions for the residents just grows every year. If your loved ones want to stay active, this is the community for it. Shelly the Activities Director is top notch!!! She puts her heart and soul into keeping this community fun and active mind, body, and soul. Hugo the administrator is one of the most passionate I’ve been around. Great home for your loved one!
This facility is great to be.. Hugo the Administrator is a great person his Employees are very nice. I love that they have activities with there clients. Very clean place to be at
