Senior Care of Edinburg

I am so grateful to all the staff at Hidalgo Nursing for the wonderful care my father, Alfredo Lopez, has received. The nurses, nursing assistants, physical therapists, social worker, front desk staff have all treated my father and our family with kindness, compassion, professionalism, and respect. I have to extend an extra thank you to Nancy from the business office for going over and beyond to help me with the whole Medicaid process. Now that my father has transitioned to long-term care, the activity director has personally taken her time to invite my father to participate in the many activities she has planned. Thank you, again, to all the staff (especially the outstanding physical therapists) who worked daily with him to get him back on his feet walking. Thank you to the nursing assistants who tend to his daily needs with such loving care and always with a smile. They are like a ray of sunshine each time they walk into his room. The decision to place a parent in nursing home is never an easy one to make; however, seeing how well my father is taken care of and hearing him speak of how kind the staff treat him, I know that he’s in the best possible place at this point in his life.
