Worst Rehabilitation Center in the World! The nursing staff is Far from knowing what the hell is going on; it's as if the left and right hand don't know what's going on. I self checked out. I asked for an asthma inhaler fir mine just ran out; I even notified The Director of Nursing. Two weeks later I still had no inhaler. Wound up in the ICU at a hospital because of it.
Umeica is great and she came by my room and Mary’s and introduced herself to us. She is really sweet and nice and I just wanted to let the powers to be get this. Susie and Paula are great as well and we really appreciate their sincere dedication to their job.
I was in Sundance in July 2026. I had revision on my right knee replacement. When I was asked if I wanted a bath I enthusiastically said yes. I requested pain medicine and waited 4 hours. When the aide returns for my bath I was in so much pain that I couldn't get out of bed. The breakfast was always cold and they didn't bring coffee. At the beginning of my stay I filled out a form giving my needs for the meals. I put coffee, bacon (I can't eat sausage), and occasionally the soup. I never got bacon, when the coffee was included, it was cold. Most of the aides were good and the doctors were…

However I had to have the call buttons replaced twice because they were not working. I could go on but you get the picture.
Everyone that works there were nice and very friendly. The PT’s are great. I enjoyed my time here. Would recommend it to anyone.
The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Patients are well cared for and treated with respect. Very clean and positive environment!
My mother was here at Sundance for a month, ultimately ended up passing. In that short time she was shown so much care and compassion from the entire staff. Our family and I were very grateful for all the kindness and support they gave us during that difficult time! Definitely would recommend Sundance!
Finding quality care for a loved one can be stressful, but my experience with this facility has been very positive. The staff members I’ve interacted with have been kind, attentive, and genuinely compassionate toward the residents. The building is clean, communication has been good, and it’s clear that the employees truly care about the people they serve. One thing that really stands out is the rehab team. The therapy staff does a great job helping residents regain strength, mobility, and confidence after surgery, illness, or hospitalization. You can tell they take the time to encourage people while also pushing them toward their goals in a supportive way. I’ve seen residents make meaningful progress and families feel relieved seeing their loved ones improve. No place is perfect, but overall I’ve been impressed with the level of professionalism and the effort the team puts in every day. I would feel comfortable recommending this facility to families looking for long-term care or rehabilitation services.
My mother was a resident at this facility for only 24 hours before she passed, but the care she received during that short time meant everything to our family. I want to give special recognition to Tashia and Deanna, who showed extraordinary compassion, kindness, and dignity while caring for my mom in her final hours. They treated her with such gentleness and respect, making sure she was comfortable and never alone. Their warmth and genuine care brought peace to our family during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. Tashia and Deanna are truly remarkable caregivers, and we will always be grateful for the love and comfort they gave my mother. Thank you for making her final hours peaceful and cared for.
