Our family has been incredibly grateful for the compassionate care our dad received at this memory care. From the very beginning, the staff has treated everyone with kindness, patience, and respect. They truly understand the unique needs of residents living with memory loss and go above and beyond to make them feel safe, comfortable, and valued. The community is clean and welcoming. Communication with families has been excellent, giving us peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such capable hands. We would not trust anyone else besides Gabriel and Judy. We couldn't have asked for a better place. We highly recommend this memory care community to anyone looking for exceptional care and genuine compassion for their loved one.

The staff is very attentive to their residents. We enjoy visiting with our friend and volunteering with the activities. Our friend loves the food, it looks good and smells great. I would recommend anyone looking to place a family/friend to check them out for memory care.

Would not recommend. The director made many empty promises and returned phone calls weeks late. They were unable to provide a weekly or daily menu and the seating was very poor. A few of the care staff seemed excellent, but must were very young and inexperienced (which will not work at a facility like this!). The tv was on all day for whomever was plopped in front of it, but it just played awful musicals that my dad had no interest in. There was no programming or activities, and it was a very sad place. That said, some of the care staff, like Do, were absolute angels.

My dad has lived at Autumn Grove Atascocita for over 3 years now. The staff, especially the directors Pearl & Hiawatha, are caring, loving, compassionate, attentive, & supportive. My dad is spoiled rotten with affection & humor by the entire staff. I couldn’t give my dad the quality of 24hr round the clock care that he deserved & Autumn Grove caregivers have become an extension of my family. They are angels and we are blessed that my dad is in their care.

We liked AutumnGrove Cottage Humble a lot. It was a very nice place with an open area like a big living room with several sofas, chairs, and a big TV. They only had 16 people in there, and I remember everyone had his own room. The room they showed us was very clean with wood floors. It wasn't very big, but you have your own bed and a nightstand. They did not have their own bathrooms. The bathroom is in the hallway because these people could not use the bathroom by themselves, so they have one of the nurse aides take them to the bathroom to give them a bath, and dress them up in the morning. The place was small but really wonderful. What I liked most about them was that they took the people into the bathroom every two hours because they want them to remember that they need to go to the bathroom. The residents could not get out, and we could not get in without being announced, so it was very private. They have beautiful courtyard in the back where they could walk around.

They are warm and welcoming. They sure do take care of pops

I admire the patience practiced by the staff. They keep track of each individual resident's desires and needs so they can attend to them.

The care my husband received at Autumn Grove was all I could have asked for. The staff and caretakers were all attuned to the residents' needs. I have and will continue to recommend Atascocita Autumn Grove to anyone and all!
