As a healthcare professional, I highly recommend The Carlyle Rehabilitation. Diana made the entire process seamless with her professionalism, excellent communication, and compassionate approach. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure patients and families have a great experience.
I am not reviewing a personal stay at The Carlyle. I am flagging a public-record management concern. Public records connect this facility to Cantex Continuing Care and list Carlyle Health Care Center Ltd Co in managerial control. Families should look closely at who is actually managing the facility, confirm the doctor in charge, confirm critical medications are really available, make sure a family advocate is involved, and not assume the paperwork alone answers everything.
Very poor care. My dad was there for rehab and had to crawl to the bathroom because no one would help him. All the while, the girls who work there stood around the nurses station chatting with each other. You can hear the call bells ring throughout the facility in the evening and night.

Patients foley was not inserted correctly , when taken to ER the nurse took 64 oz of urine. He was also sitting in poop
This "skilled nursing" place is awful. My loved one would have to wait for than an hour for the help she needed and pain meds were sometimes brought hours after she asked for it...They were always out of supplies...She got her first real shower after 4 weeks of being there. I would not use them again!
They are terrible! Left bloody foot pad on the floor. Another one on her bed. There is blood on the floor.Didn't change my grandma bandage. No trash bags. Some of the weekend staff is rude! The weekend staff needs to take notes from the weekday staff. Thank you weekday staff for doing your job. Greatly appreciate it and God bless yall🙏🏾
My father spent almost a month here. Very good experience overall from the administration and reception, healthcare professionals, to the maintenance people! Highlights to his care came from Nurse Brenda, and the wound care nurse, Yolanda. Yolanda worked miracles on my father’s skin tears and open sores. She is a healing ANGEL!! The physical therapists and speech therapist are top notch too. He also needed to gain weight, so LC and her team in the kitchen made sure he had plenty of nutritious meals and snacks! He continues to improve at home now because of the care he received here. At 88 years old, he has a great outlook on life! Attitude matters! 💗
