My experience here at the center has been wonderful. All the employees are very cheerful and very helpful. Physical therapy is excellent. My Nurse Nadia and my CNA Delfina has gone above and beyond my care They have helped me be stronger and comfortable since day one. The food is excellent. Plus you can order specialties in the menu as often as you’d like. The housekeeper make sure that the rooms are clean and refreshed at all times. The linen and towels here are brand new and are even ironed so that makes a big difference. It’s always excellent to have activities on a daily basis. The bingo…

The bingo is one of my favorite things to do here at the center.. If you’re looking for a rehab hospital, I kindly recommend this facility for you or your loved one . ..
I would like to extend a special thank you to the therapy department, they have all been so kind and helpful. Especially the CNA's. One special favorite is Delfina, thank you for my showers, you make me feel like I'm at the spa . Nurse's you are wonderful 😊 Food is great. Clean place. 5 super stars.
My aunt stayed at The Center at Parmer for rehabilitation, and our family was very impressed with the care she received. The nurses, therapists, and staff were always friendly, professional, and willing to help. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and communication with our family was great throughout her stay. We could tell the team genuinely cared about their residents and worked hard to create a positive atmosphere. Thank you to everyone for making a difficult time much easier for our family.
My family member recently stayed at The Center at Parmer, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and proactive in making sure all needs were met. The environment was clean, welcoming, and comfortable, and the food was excellent. Everyone on the team went above and beyond to provide great care and support. It gave our family peace of mind knowing our loved one was in such good hands. We truly appreciate everything the staff did and highly recommend The Center at Parmer!
I asked for the Center at Parmer because I was told it was a diamond in the rough, and it's exactly that. The nurses, techs and staff are very friendly and nice. I stayed exactly 21 days before going home to recoup for the next 4 weeks. The food is really good and thankfully gained back the weight I had lost at the hospital. Outstanding Physical Therapist is Eric, very personable and friendly with the right amount of personality.
Pro: The building doesn't look like your ordinary skilled nursing center. Pro: The lobby is up to date and well lit which makes it more welcoming. Pro: Carrie greets you with a smile and a welcoming gift. Con: Sure there's going to be some foul odors but for 90% of the stay there were no odors. Con: Sure there's gonna be staff shortages like most places. Pro: There are less beds than other SKC. Pro: Jasmine (3rd floor) keeps the momentum going.
The only reason that Im giving 4 stars is because the beds are so uncomfortable. My wife had a hard time sleeping or resting while she was there.
This facility has a terrible staffing Coordinator. Rude and unprofessional. She intentionally cancels agency staff shifts, tagging it as a No show. Meanwhile the agency staff is in the building. I don't recommend this business.
