4.3 · 38 reviewsThere’s never anybody around when you need them. They forget to take food to a client, multiple times. They rarely went in to clean the floors after being asked multiple times. One of the med nurses tried giving a client a whole mouthfull of pills when he wasn’t fully awake. Do not take your loved ones to this place. Only one male caregiver that did an amazing job all the times I had seen him.
Staff goes above and beyond. Personal and caring attention.
Mom and Dad are doing great at the Villages of Windcrest! Excellent care, great food and a lot of activities

I genuinely enjoy working at an assisted living facility because it gives me the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents every day. I love building relationships with them, hearing their stories, and providing the care and companionship they deserve. Knowing that I can bring comfort, joy, and support to those who need it most is incredibly rewarding. The sense of community, teamwork, and purpose in this environment makes every day fulfilling, and I truly feel grateful to be part of a place where kindness and compassion are at the heart of everything we do.

My wife has been a resident in Villages of Wndcrest’s Memory Care Facility for the past two months. She has been on this Alzheimer’s journey for over 12 years and the current trajectory of the disease, and her symptoms, necessitated 24/7 support. I spend quite a bit of time with her daily at the facility and I can’t emphasize strongly enough how pleased I am with the quality of the physical facility…their processes…and their staff! Having to put a family member…particularly a spouse…into a memory care facility is emotionally trying for both the resident…and the caregiver…and Villages’ support, from my initial interaction and tour…through now…has been tremendous. I highly recommend them!
My mom has lived at the Villages for 5 years. Her care team does a great job. The ED has a wonderful team of people working to keep the place running smoothly
