4.1 · 119 reviewsOur family has been so impressed with our Mom’s experience at Walnut Creek Assisted Living. All the staff is truly exceptional. I wish I could name everyone but Monsurat, Courtney, Margaret, Priscilla, Dea and Naomi are fantastic. They are warm, compassionate, attentive, and best of all Mom loves them. They show her kindness, patience, and genuine concern. The building is beautiful, new and very inviting. We are thankful and blessed to have found a home that takes such wonderful care of all of Mom’s needs.
Be very careful, I paid almost $9k getting my mom into Walnut Creek. My mom ending up leaving this facility after one night stay. She was afraid and upset because she was in a facility and not at home. I know I signed a contract and fully expected to pay something but Walnut Creek only refuned me $423.05. You won't be able to speak to anyone at their home office Sagora. No one answers that phone. I like this facility but they are absolutely going to look out for their best interest before yours. I cannot be the only one this has happen to. I'm contacting an attorney.
Like most healthcare facilities, the meals could be prepared with more flavor. The staff were all wonderful!

I Visit Walnut Creek Memory Care every week and as I walk in the door there she is … Miss Priscilla is always there at the front desk ready to greet you with a smile! As I walk through the halls smiling faces and hello’s are directed my way. They make it a point to make you feel welcomed

Priscilla is the best This is a great place
My Mom has only lived at Walnut Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care for a month, but it as been refreshing experience. We moved my Mom from another facility in another city. We have been impressed with the administration and staff of caregivers at Walnut Creek! Their team treats my Mom like one of their own family members. Concierge Priscilla is a ray of sunshine for friends and family members that come to visit!! She brings a smile to my face each visit. It has been such a pleasurable experience!
I will start with, the staff at Walnut Creek are so friendly and very helpful, they always have the residents dress to impress and ready to go! Now the Concierge Priscilla I have to say there is never a dull moment when being greeted by her or having a conversation! She is so sweet, thoughtful, kindhearted and so much more. I look forward to making my visits because my patients bring me joy as well as the staff. I do recommend working here and making this your elderly love ones new home. Thank you Walnut Creek for being so awesome and welcoming!
