My mother was a resident of Arbor House Assisted Living for two years. She truly loved being there and eventually called it home. The care that she received there was phenomenal. The staff was very attentive and ensured her daily needs were met. The kindness she was shown brightened her days and made her feel so special. She loved all of the activities that were offered and the many special celebrations they had for the residents and their families. A heartfelt thanks to Carrie, Christy, Angela, Jordan, Patty, Bree, Paige, Debra, Daisy, Mindy, Rae, Susie, and Rick for the love, they extended to my mom.
We have had a very positive experience with Arbor House. My 98-year-old mother moved in January 2026 after suffering a broken hip from a fall. At the time, she was in a wheelchair and unable to care for herself. Thanks to the staff’s consistent attention to her medications, dedicated physical therapy, and regular check-ins every two hours around the clock, she has made remarkable progress. We have had a very positive experience with Arbor House. My 98-year-old mother moved in January 2026 after suffering a broken hip from a fall. At the time, she was in a wheelchair and unable to care for herself. Thanks to the staff’s consistent attention to her medications, dedicated physical therapy, and regular check-ins every two hours around the clock, she has made remarkable progress. Her overall health and strength have improved significantly—so much so that she no longer needs a wheelchair. The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. More importantly, the staff is highly competent, attentive, and genuinely caring. We would strongly encourage anyone considering assisted living care to give Arbor House serious consideration. Our family is very grateful for the care she has received, and we believe others would have the same positive experience.

My dad likes it so much here. He loves the caring staff and thinks the food is incredible. We love it and feel like we finally have dad in a place where he gets all the care and attention he requires at this stage of his life. As an advanced Alzheimers resident we have had to make the decision to add hospice care and the integration between that and Arbor House has been seamless. I highly recommend Arbor Gardens.
Our mother was only able to stay a short time since she was very sick and needed extra care—enough that we were asked to take her out of another assisted living nearby only 6 weeks before she passed. We could not have asked for more caring and considerate treatment of my mother. She had all kinds of complications that were time-consuming for the staff. They accepted the challenge with smiles and kind words and gracious treatment above and beyond the professional requirements. If you want a place where they will take some oak care of your loved one no matter what—we recommend the Arbor House. We also noticed that there is a very stable staff who understand each other and our patients first. Frankly, that is nothing less than extraordinary in today’s environment.
Arbor House quickly became home for my ninety five year old mom! She loves the staff and the many activities keep her engaged throughout the week! I feel so thankful for a caring, providing staff! They give excellent care and are proactive in taking care of mom’s every need. What a blessing Arbor House is to our family!
My grandmother has been a resident at Arbor House for almost 3 years now, and I couldn't be happier to see the care and comfort she has received there. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. My grandmother is well cared for and genuinely happy. Arbor House does a great job of keeping us updated via photos and videos on Facebook, and answering calls/texts whenever we need an update. I'm so appreciative of the kindness and care shown to my grandmother. I know she is safe and well cared for. Thank you Arbor House for all that you do!
We moved my 90 year old mother to Arbor House in September, when she was no longer capable of independent living. It was difficult for her at first, after all when a person experiences this type of change in their life there is an adjustment period. The staff treat her with kindness and with great respect. They are also very attentive to all of her needs. The administration staff are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Arbor House to anyone who has reached that stage in their family members life.
