The hospitality is always great, it is a beautiful community with great natural lighting and sitting nooks throughout. I appreciate the different price points to fit different family needs. I’ve had lunch and appetizers several times and they’ve always been very tasty. They have free transportation for their residents and their transportation driver is so fun, caring and happy to be at work every single day. I spend a lot of time at the community and truly enjoy every visit! The hospitality is always great, it is a beautiful community with great natural lighting and sitting nooks throughout. I appreciate the different price points to fit different family needs. I’ve had lunch and appetizers several times and they’ve always been very tasty. They have free transportation for their residents and their transportation driver is so fun, caring and happy to be at work every single day. They are always up to something… games, social hour, etc. I say all this to say that I champion Asherpoint and would move a family member in if needed without hesitation.
Asher Point Waco will not disappoint! The residents are thriving and I credit the staff, who all pitch in and work together to make the community a great home. Any questions we had were quickly addressed by Shy, who worked tirelessly to get us settled in.
The community is beautiful, and the staff is amazing! I recently took a tour, and it exceeded all of my expectations. I also enjoyed lunch while I was there, and the chef did a wonderful job. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I was truly impressed with the overall experience.

I enjoyed my visit to Asher Point while spending time with a family member. The community was not only beautiful but also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The food was enjoyable, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring throughout my visit.

Asher Point has beautiful dinners and events for their residents. They have just renovated. They never fail to impress. Looking forward to another great year at Asher Point! Beautiful, safe, clean, peaceful and five stars. I am a current resident Donna!
My mother's floor hasn't been swept and mopped in a mo., or More! She has to ask to have her sheets changed, because they can't keep a house keeper. It's ridiculous! She's paying g for house keeping the manager should be responsible for getting it done weather they have a house keeper or not! Otherwise the company should lower her rent, and/or give some sort of refund to tenants on the 1st floor.
It’s okay. Comfy in the apartment but very hot in the hallways and living areas.
