What an extraordinary place! They truly take care of your family as if it’s their family! My aunt was there for years and she absolutely loved the staff! The nurse and CNA’s were fabulous! I highly recommend Garnet Hill!
Took mom to Garnett Hill for in patient rehab. Staff was all very very nice and her room was cleaned every day. Brandy in PT was amazing - the whole PT crew was!! Mom said the food wasn’t too bad either! Happy with her experience there and all staff treated her.

Garnet Hill is truly one of the best facilities in Collin County. My mother was previously at two other facilities and she didn’t have a good experience at either one. Garnet Hill accepted her Medicaid pending and it was a quick transition. It is a beautiful, well maintained, And everyone there seems to love what they are doing, caring for people. The staff go over and beyond to make you feel welcome and make the residents feel like they are in their own home. It has a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere. There are so many activities, music, fun, and entertainment that really help the residents to truly thrive. They just added a women’s Only Memory unit, it is so nice and the staff are amazing with all the ladies. The rooms here are very spacious and there are so many common areas for family visits, especially when several of us come at once. I highly recommend Garnett Hill if you have a loved one in need of memory care, long-term care, or even just a skilled need.
I can’t say enough about Garnett Hill Skilled Rehab in Wylie, Texas! This beautiful facility offers an exceptional memory care unit exclusively for women. The staff is truly incredible—compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to providing the best care possible. You can see how much they genuinely care about the residents, creating a warm and supportive environment. The building itself is gorgeous and so welcoming it feels like home.
Garnet Hill is a beautiful community. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend this community for anyone in the area looking for long term care or skilled needs.
The staff was friendly and had a warm welcome. Very clean and no odor. I loved that the music activity was putting a smile on the residents faces. I highly recommended. They mentioned their new woman’s locked unit is available now. 10/10!
This is such a nice and welcoming facility. Everyone works together. The staff is very attentive and welcoming. I would recommend Garnett Hill before you look anywhere else.
