My mom lived her last few years here. She was well treated, but like most nursing homes people will treat your loved ones much better if you are regular and visit your loved one frequently. There are too many people that people come see Grandma on Easter or Christmas and forget about her the rest of the year. My mom was well treated well taken care of I give this place a five as far as nursing homes go
Well I have to disagree on all the negative post here! I have just returned from Royal manor and I found it GREAT! Everything has changed since the reviews 2 years ago!! I am speaking from experience as I have been in another rehab nursing facility, and that visit was terrible but Royal Manor does not even come close to it when it comes to admin, nurses, and food and rehab! I miss the CNA’s and staff and the gals in rehab but I knew I needed to come home or I would still be there. Royal Manor has to be the cleanest and best looking in Waco and I would recommend Royal Manor to anyone who is in…

While we appreciated the nursing staff’s care of my 60 year old brother with Parkinson’s, there was no prescribed therapy or attempts to enrich his days. After his final trip to the hospital, no one reached out to check on him. After his death, I left several voicemails and received no reply. My sweet mother went up a week after his death to make sure we didn’t have financial obligations, and was met with “ why are you here.” No one offered any condolence or even offered his personal effects. The experience felt cold and I would not wish it on another loved one. So, a thank you to the nursing…

My mom is loved and well taken care of...I highly recommend the caring and well trained and diligent staff..there are always events...they are decidicated and focused on the individuals...it's not just a nursing home it's a family...I highly recommend.
My Mom has been there about 5 years now. The staff is very helpful, and friendly. Royal Manor II is very clean. They give my Mom lots of attention, and they have lots of activities.
One of the worst places I have been too in years. They always have to be told to do their job's like cleaning rooms and other problems. I don't know how many times we have gone up there to find out they haven't checked on my grandmother for a day or 2 definitely complaining to the state about them
Great place!
My father is staying in this facility, and the people who are working there are so great 👍, friendly and kind respectful and really work hard to care for our loved ones
