3.3 · 26 reviewsWorse nursing care ever. Depressing and sad to see some of the patients on the floor crawling and yelling. My father-in-law has been there for therapy. Has dementia and needs 24/7 care. In the past month he has fallen 3 times. This last fall my mother-in-law found him in pain and on the floor. Who knows how long he was like that. Had to be taken again to the hospital. Please do not place your loved ones in the horrible nursing home.
Do not place your family members here. If you truly love them and want them to be treated with dignity PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!! I toured the facility while looking for a place to take care of my grandpa who has dementia. Everyone sits in the halls and looks so depressed!!! The halls are dimly lit and smell horrible. People yelling and crying for help while nurses sat at nurses station laughing and talking to each other. I couldn’t run out of there fast enough! 👎👎
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE... NO WONDER THE WORKERS DONT LAST OMG MY MOM WAS PEED WEARING 2 UNDERWARES SHE HAD HER PANTS ALL DIRTY HER FOOD HAD BEEN SITTING THERE COLD . SHE HAS DEMENTIA SHE NEEDS TO BE MONITORED 24/7 AND THERE NOT DOING IT.. SHE WAS SWITCHED ROOMS THEN I WAS TOLD TGIS AFTER THEY DID IT ND HER NEW ROOM I S WORSE . THE CLOSET SO SMALL FOR 2 PPL HER RESTROOM STINKS OF UNRINE ND FECES ... THE STAFF IS SO FAKE.. DO NOT BRING YR FAMILY HERE THEY ONLY LOOK OUT FOR THEMSELVES ND NOT THE PATIENTS... I WAS TOLD I HAD POA OVER MY MOM BY THE STAFF WHEN I ADMITTED HER NOW THAT IM TRYING TO…

the fact I worked as a CNA for years and would never step foot in place like this. having old friends that used to work here. horrible staff that of course like every nursing home throw you to the sharks cause that's what happen to them and being treated horribly by there own peers I'm scared to think what the hell they do to there resident's and honestly if the owner or whoever is in charge is not gonna take this seriously or lets this happen is a horrible person cause this is why you have a high turn over rate not cause job but because of your damn staff treating everyone who comes in like a threat or just cause they don't have compassion or a damn heart anymore. and seeing this behavior I feel so bad for the residents and the staff who actually care. cause its bad coworkers like them that make the good and caring CNA's quit. and the residents suffer for it cause of there damn own staff is causing the problems

Great place and great customer service
My father”s nursing care has been excellent! Kera, Jessica, Brittany, Victor, and Cecelia are very attentive, loving, and caring. The activity staff, Janie and Norma, are great also. They make all the residents feel special. He has had excellent nursing aides, Paola, Vianey, Marlene, Steve, and Estella. The care they provide is the reason my father remains here.
