4.3 · 98 reviewsThis place is smoker friendly Alzheimer’s friendly. They helped me with every single step I needed for my father and it was an emergency move-in. They gave me the simplest checklist to get done and I got it done and we got my dad taken care of for the help that he needs. He is still able to do his regular day-to-day things safely and in a safe environment lots of activities every one of the staff are amazing they communicate with you and they truly care about your loved ones interest. I highly recommend looking into this place for any one of your loved ones who need more care.
Mom is there for respite care until Monday. My first impression is very good.
Waco Healthcare And Rehabilitation helped my grandmother with rehab and she was able to come back home within twenty days . They went above and beyond for her and made her feel at home.

My father-in-law has been a resident at Waco Healthcare and Rehab for the past two and a half years, in the secure unit due to his diagnosis. Throughout this time, he has received truly exceptional care. The staff are consistently kind, attentive, and compassionate—we could not ask for a more dedicated team. They keep us well-informed, contacting us immediately if any concerns arise, and they always make it easy for him to connect with us when he wants to talk. Not only is the secure unit outstanding, but the entire staff throughout the facility have been wonderful. Over time, we’ve built meaningful relationships there, which brings us great comfort. Most importantly, we never have to worry about our loved one’s well-being. We are deeply grateful and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Waco Healthcare and Rehabilitation cared for my sweet father-in-law during his final days on hospice, and our family will forever be grateful. He passed away on Christmas evening, but we had complete peace knowing he was surrounded by compassion, dignity, and genuine kindness. I am also an employee, and I would never have placed my father-in-law here if the care wasn’t truly exceptional. Thank you to the incredible staff for loving him so well during such a sacred time.
This facility does an awesome job taking care of my brother. Everytime I go there, he's always clean and well-groomed. He looks so cozy and comfy with his fluffy pillows and covers, and they even provided him with a fan. He always loved having a fan going. I was pleasantly surprised by that because I didn't have to get him one. Lol He also likes watching the TV that they provide for him, especially Gunsmoke, and all of the staff are so kind to him. Another thing always notice is that his room is clean, neat and tidy, and so is the facility itself. All of the staff are welcoming with refreshing smiles and helpful attitudes. They always greet me whenever I make unannounced visits, and asks what they can do to help me. Just a great place all around, with hardworking staff members who are attentive to the upkeep of the facility, to residents, and to guests. I'm truly thankful for the high level of care that they provide.
